• Complete the Absentee Application: Use this link to answer a few questions on-line. Next, you will be prompted to download and print your absentee application.
• You should return the application as soon as possible but no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 4th day before the election. In short, your application must be returned by Friday, June 5, 2020.
• Once you complete the Absentee Application it can be returned 4 ways:
– Return your application in person to the Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office, located at 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29526
– Return your application by mail to the Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office, located at 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29526
– Return your application by fax to the Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office. The fax number is 843-915-6440.
– Return your application by email to the Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office. The email address to use is MartinS@HorryCounty.org
Absentee Voting Ballot
• A voting ballot will be mailed to you.
• Once you receive your ballot, select the candidates of your choice and be sure to follow ballot instructions on the ballot form.
– Your ballot MUST be returned.
– Your ballot can be returned 2 ways.
– In-person by 7:00 p.m. on the day of the election. This means to return your filled out ballot by Tuesday, June 9, 2020, by 7:00 p.m. and take it to the Horry County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office, located at 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29526.
– By mail, however, your ballot must be received on or before June 9, 2020.
– You may also have another person return the ballot for you, but you MUST first complete an authorization to return absentee ballot form, available from your county voter registration office.
